Do we need a day for innovation and creativity?

Every time we are setting new goals, try to structure processes, create new awards and rules we are challenge our natural way to innovate and be creative.

Creativity could not order as a standard product, it is a MINDSET and must be fostered in an OPEN CULTURE with RESPECT.

Innovation is not research and development, it is more FORESEARCH and TESTING!

My advise is take a stop and think of some unexpeted things that happend in your childhood, mayby that was because you was in a creative and innovative mode for the future
